We invite you to join the celebration of our 11th annual Fall Festival now known as BEAR CREEK FESTIVAL in Hampton City Park.
During this weekend we expect to attract over 10,000 visitors.
Bear Creek Festival will host Antique Dealers, Food Vendors, many Arts & Craft vendors and a Kid's Area.
Live music will be a great treat throughout the day as your customers enjoy this massive oak tree shaded city park.
We thank all of last year's participants for such an awsome festival and look forward to seeing you this year.

GUIDELINES OF RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Booth size - 12' X 12' (additional space can be purchased)
• Fees are $60.00 NON-ELECTRIC (2- DAYS)
• Fees are $75.00 ELECTRIC SUPPLIED (2- DAYS) POWERED BOOTHS ARE LIMITED, SO APPLY EARLY.
• Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Event is rain or shine.
• Must supply your own tents and chairs, etc.
• Vendors are responsible for the collection of any applicable sales tax.
• NO SUB-LETTING of booth space without permission.
• NO PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEMS ALLOWED.
• Exhibit area must be kept clean of trash. Bags will be provided.
• NO GAS POWERED GENERATORS.
• NO SOUND EQUIPMENT, or radios of any kind allowed in exhibits.
• Pets are not allowed in exhibit area.
• Set-up is allowed FRIDAY AFTER 5:00p.m. and must be COMPLETED BEFORE 8:30 a.m. SATURDAY. All vehicles must be out of exhibit area by this time - NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Vendors will not be allowed to "TAKE DOWN" or "REMOVE" BOOTHS until 5:30p.m. SUNDAY after event close.
• Security officers will secure grounds Friday and Saturday nights.

RELEASE AGREEMENT

I do hereby release, acquit and forever discharge The Bear Creek Festival, Hampton Business and Merchants Association, and the City of Hampton, GA., its agents, servants, successors and assigns and all other persons, firms and corporations from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, cost, loss of service, expenses and compensations, which I may accrue, arising out of any events taking place before and after September 27-28, 2008 or otherwise connected with the 2008 Bear Creek Festival of Hampton. This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all known, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, losses and liability and the consequences thereof on the grounds of the City Park of Hampton during the Bear Creek Festival. I understand that any violation of the terms of this application or the instructions of the rules and regulation set forth by the Hampton Business and Merchants Association / Bear Creek Festival and its elected staff, may result in the rejection of any future applications submitted.

I have read and fully understand the Release Agreement as stated above.
I have read the Rules and Regulations as stated and agree to abide accordingly.
